一、我们如何处理您的信息

本应用设计为本地使用，不会收集、存储或上传您的个人信息。
在您使用本应用过程中，为了实现核心功能，我们需要临时处理以下信息：
- 位置信息：用于在拍摄照片或视频时添加地理位置水印。
- 时间信息：用于在拍摄照片或视频时添加拍摄时间水印。
- 相机访问：用于拍摄照片和录制视频。
- 相册访问：用于保存您拍摄的照片或视频到设备本地相册，或在本地查看您已有的媒体文件。
关于联网获取地址信息：
当您启用位置水印功能时，本应用会使用您的设备定位信息，通过联网方式查询当前位置对应的地址信息（地理反向解析）。
查询行为仅限于实时获取文字地址，如省、市、街道名称。
查询完成后，地址信息仅在本地用于生成水印，不保存、不上传、不分享。
本应用不保存任何历史位置信息或查询记录。
除此之外，本应用不进行其他形式的联网操作。

二、权限申请说明

为实现正常使用，本应用需要申请以下系统权限：
- 位置权限（Location）：获取当前位置以生成地理水印。
- 网络访问权限（Network）：实时查询当前位置对应的地址信息。
- 相机权限（Camera）：使用相机拍照、录像。
- 相册/存储权限（Photos/Media/Files）：保存拍摄内容到本地相册，或访问本地已有图片/视频。
为了正常使用本应用的各项功能，您需要授权以上所有必要权限。如果未授予相关权限，本应用部分功能可能无法使用或体验受限。

三、信息安全

本应用仅在设备本地处理您的数据。
除了实时地址查询外，本应用无其他联网行为。
本应用不设后台服务器，不上传、不收集、不分享任何用户个人信息。
所有数据处理均遵循最小必要原则。

四、第三方服务说明

本应用在联网查询地址信息时，调用的是苹果公司提供的官方 CoreLocation 框架，通过设备系统内置服务进行地理位置信息解析。
本应用目前未接入任何第三方地图服务或外部地址查询API，位置信息查询和处理仅依赖设备系统内置能力，以确保数据的安全与合规。
此外，本应用目前未集成任何广告SDK或第三方追踪SDK。
如果未来因功能优化需要新增接入第三方服务，本应用将通过更新本隐私政策的方式另行通知用户。

五、未成年人保护

本应用适合所有年龄段使用，不主动收集任何用户数据。未成年人使用本应用，应在监护人指导下进行。

本应用将仅通过更新本政策文本的方式进行变更，而不会单独另行通知用户。
您有责任定期查阅本隐私政策，以了解最新内容。继续使用本应用即表示您接受更新后的隐私政策。

EVCAM Privacy Policy

1. How We Handle Your Information

This Application is designed for offline use and does not collect, store, or upload your personal information.
During your use of this Application, we may temporarily process the following information:
- Location Information: To add geographic watermarks to your photos or videos.
- Time Information: To add timestamp watermarks to your photos or videos.
- Camera Access: To capture photos and record videos.
- Photo Library Access: To save captured content to your device or access existing media files.
About Network Access for Address Retrieval:
When you enable location watermark features, this Application uses your device’s location information and queries the corresponding address via network (reverse geocoding).
The query is strictly limited to obtaining textual address details (such as province, city, and street names).
Retrieved address information is used locally for watermark generation and is neither stored nor uploaded or shared.
No historical location records are saved.
Other than the above, this Application does not perform any other network operations.

2. Permissions Required

The following system permissions are required to ensure normal use of the Application:
- Location Permission: To retrieve current location for geographic watermarks.
- Network Access Permission: To query the address corresponding to the current location.
- Camera Permission: To take photos and record videos.
- Photo Library/Storage Permission: To save captured content to the local album or access existing media.
To fully use all features of this Application, you must grant all the required permissions. Failure to do so may limit the functionality or experience.

3. Information Security

All data is processed locally on your device.
Except for real-time address queries, no other network operations are performed.
This Application does not operate backend servers, nor does it upload, collect, or share any personal information.
All data processing follows the principle of minimal necessity.

4. Third-Party Services

This Application uses Apple's official CoreLocation framework to perform location and address retrieval through the device’s built-in services.
Currently, this Application has not integrated any third-party map services or external address query APIs.
Location information processing relies solely on system-native capabilities to ensure security and compliance.
In addition, this Application currently has not integrated any advertising SDKs or third-party tracking SDKs.
If future functional upgrades require the integration of third-party services, users will be informed through an updated Privacy Policy.
(Note: Apple's CoreLocation service may process location data according to Apple's Privacy Policy. Please refer to Apple's official privacy documentation for more details.)

5. Protection of Minors

This Application is suitable for users of all ages.
We do not actively collect any data from minors.
Minors should use the Application under the guidance of their guardians.
